Hey, I’m Cat! Therapy can actually be dope as f*ck if you find a therapist you vibe well with. I'm the modern millennial therapist that is known for my authenticity, genuine kindness and no bullsh*t approach. When I am in a session with someone, I can always see the best in them. I think one of my favorite things about being a therapist is seeing that moment when a client lets out a big sigh of relief, knowing they're in a space where they’re safe, cared for, and completely free from judgment.
